Kathy was so amazing in helping us find our first home. As first time homeowners, we were new to the home buying process and she was so helpful guiding us through the entire process. She was quick to communicate everything with us and always answered all of our questions. Very reliable and patient. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family who were planning on purchasing or selling their home to her.

Kathy Marcelino has been my real estate agent for a year and a half. We started off looking at homes back then and continue through a complicated process which Kathy handled like a true pro. My wife and I had a rental house that we renovated and Kathy sold at top dollar. Then God answered our prayers with the help of Kathy, and delivered our beautiful home that we live in currently finally Kathy sold our last house soon after purchasing our new house. This allowed. Us to have no added expenses with paying for one house while we’re living in another. All three transactions were handled with expert professional knowledge and execution. She handles herself in negotiations with top shelf abilities. My wife and I are actually sad to end or ongoing professional relationship with Kathy. But we have developed a friendship with her and her husband that will carry on in the future I would highly recommend Kathy Marcelino to buy or sell any property. I would give her 10 stars. TL;DR: She only looks out for herself and doesn't have your best interest in mine. As a result, we cut her off and found another realtor, she lost out on multiple home purchases/commission opportunities. Worked with her briefly when looking for a house in Loma Linda/Redlands. But we went with a new home build, and she called me immediately (which I know now is because the realtor needs to come with you on the first visit in order to qualify for the commission). Otherwise, buying a new home build was straightforward. I essentially did most of the work reading through the documents and asking questions directly to the builder. I learned later in the process that I could not get certain incentives because I brought a realtor. I also learned that it is common for realtors to "gift" a good portion of their commission to the buyer. This is where I should have asked my friends in the first place about buying a new home (some are giving 50-60% of the commission away) I tried to make my expectations of this "gift" clear enough after the purchase of the sale since I was missing out on builder incentives, but in the end, she only provided less than 10% of what she obtained. Her excuse was "taxes." After that, I told three of my colleagues at work who were already planning to purchase a new home to not utilize her anymore. I also found another realtor who was very upfront with me in the beginning about splitting the commission when we bought our next new home build. It has been excellent working with him now. Since then, my colleagues and I have bought more houses, and I can confidently say Kathy Marcelino has missed out on $100,000's in commissions because of this event.
