As a first-time homebuyer, I was honestly nervous about the whole process—especially about working with someone who might not fully have my best interests in mind. There are many moving parts when buying a home, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or worry about being misled. I had heard enough stories about agents being overly focused on commission and not acting their buyer's best interests, so I went into this cautiously. Thankfully, that was not my experience with Esther, as I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, she was genuine, transparent, and easy to talk to. She set clear expectations and made sure I understood what the process would look like. Throughout everything, Esther was incredibly proactive as she was always reaching out to listing agents and sellers, making it easy for me to get answers to any questions or concerns I had about the homes we toured. What I appreciated most was how she never pushed me. She respected my pace, never showed bias toward any property, and didn’t pressure me to make an offer, even when things felt competitive. Once my offer was accepted, she didn’t miss a beat. During escrow, she stayed in constant contact with us as well with the sellers and agents. There were times when the documents or info provided was incorrect, and Esther informed us immediately and helped us resolve it. She also was able to provide us a lot of valuable resources and tips, which made the path to closing feel smooth and straightforward. Looking back, I feel really lucky to have had Esther in my corner. If you’re a first-time homebuyer (or honestly any buyer) looking for someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, I can’t recommend her enough.
