Working with Max Lamkin has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. In fact, we have become friends during the whole process. His attention to detail is unmatched. He took care to ensure that we were never overcharged. Max also made himself available, even for repairs when we could not be there. Max Max was our agent for the purchase of a 3 acre rural horse property in Bonsall, CA. I must start by stating Max was outstanding. Always available. I felt guilty, but still we called him at all hours and all days including Saturdays, Sundays, mornings, nights, and he never, ever failed to answer. The sale was complicated with lots of inspections. Max recommended some excellent home inspectors and pool inspectors and termite inspectors, etc, that turned out to be extremely competent folks who really knew their stuff and were not just wanting to pass the property to make the sale happen. Not only that but Max was always available to be one site for these inspections and added his questions and knowledge to the mix. In addition Max was clearly protecting our interests, even when we didn't quite understand all that this meant. He kept track of what the buyers said they would do and made sure they delivered as well as reading and interpreting all the complicated contract lingo that transpires during these types of transactions. Most important, Max was a listener. How can you go past a real estate agent that has time for you, actually listens to what you are saying, and stays in touch without fail? Lastly, Max is a decent guy. Although he wants to make the sale, he still has ethics and is an honorable person, who strives to 'do the right thing'. I LOVED that. It is not easy to find an agent who will actually protect YOUR interests and not THEIR interests. Max wanted us to truly find a house that was right for us and would make us happy. I must say one last thing. Max has a backbone. In negotiations he "made our case" with firmness and finesse to which the sellers positively responded. My husband and I have bought several homes over the years and Max is the best agent we have ever had. We will be calling him up if we ever decide to move on.

Well I can't say enough GREAT things about Max. Let me start with he is professional, patient, proficient, proactive and a pleasure to work with. I was one of two out of area sellers in a very complicated transaction and Max remained on task and patient. He made himself available for questions and was always prompt in responding and following up. He explained things well and I never had to chase him down to find out what was going on because he always kept us informed. I must say he is "the" best real estate professional I have ever worked with. He is hard working, reliable, thorough and just an overall nice person to work with.
