Genie I.

My husband and I received our keys to our first home in 9/11/2020. Our journey started with Genie and Katherine in July of this year. I knew that when we were ready to start our house hunting for our forever home, that Genie was going to be my realtor. Her catalog of experience is so diverse. We purchased our home using our VA benefits and it was a seemingly easy process. Genie and Katherine were available always around my busy schedule and allowed us to tour any home we wished with no issue. As I was writing the review my oldest son Elias (7) saw me and asked me what I was doing? I asked him if he wanted to say anything to Mrs. Genie and Ms. Katherine? He says, “Mrs. Genie and Ms. Katherine, thank you for helping my mommy and daddy find our home with a big back yard for me and my brother and lots of kids to play with.” 🥰 - Tia and Engels Sanchez

My husband and I was planning to purchase our first house last year and our bank recommended Genie to us. We were fortunate to have her and her assistant Katherine! Genie is very responsible, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave us time to explorer the market ourselves while educating us through each step. Genie was a perfect fit for our first home buying experience. She was extremely knowledgeable on, not only the process, but on the neighborhoods we were looking at. Genie was very good at setting realistic expectations across the board and was honest about anything we asked about. We really like that she didn’t “sell” us on any of the properties we looked at. Rather, she gave us facts, pointed out things to note and let us form our own opinions and decisions about whether or not we wanted to submit offers. That was huge for us but we REALLY appreciate her patience with us. She was very reassuring and patient and ultimately helped us land an amazing home in a neighborhood we never thought we’d be able to live in. As you might imagine, Genie is in high demand so we also worked closely with two of her teammates, Katherine and Mari, and they possessed very similar qualities as Genie- patience, knowledgeability, and helpfulness to name a small fraction. Genie is an excellent realtor and she leads an amazing team. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience- I highly recommend working with her and seeing for yourself.

My experience with buying my first home with Genie was life changing. I was connected to Genie through a family member who shared with me that I needed to be working with Genie. I am a boy from the hood trying to buy property in San Diego. Genie made it happen within a month of working with her. My family member shared that Genie does what she does, because she wants to share with people that they CAN own their home. I am a first time home buyer and I bought the home with my brother.
