5/5 The best ! To say Carlos is amazing would be an understatement. He helped me and my fiancee buy our dream home in our dream neighborhood in Sunnymead Ranch. He also helped guide me through a quit claim deed process. The entire home buying process was mentally difficult for my fiancee and I as we got outbid or the sellers had complications on their end. It was frustrating and discouraging many times throughout but Carlos kept us positive, led the way, and did not slow down one bit . Each setback shifted us to look at a new house and weigh the pros and cons of each property. In the end, Carlos helped make our dreams come true. Throughout the process, Carlos was always easy to contact even at odd times which is so important because he is full time and relentless to solve problems. Getting a hold of him allowed us to easily setup appointments for house viewings, walk throughs, coordinate with appraisers, contractors, and inspectors. Carlos always has a positive attitude and truly looks out for his clients best interests. If you are serious about buying a home you NEED someone who is full time, easy to contact, has many years of experience, looks out for your best interests, and will help you even after you become the home owner.
