Over the years I have worked with a number of realtors on commercial as well as residential properties. They haven't all been satisfactory... meaning, up to my expectations. I sought out Doug as a result of a recommendation from a colleague with whom I highly respect and knows my exacting standards. Upon our meeting I was suitably impressed inasmuch as Doug exudes a calm confidence and asks all the right pertinent questions without all the sophistry coined by hard core deal closers. First impressions are -- "this is the guy with whom I want to do business". Before I had even met Doug and his colleague Chris, I did a low level Red Flag check on-line and found nothing that would cause concern. In fact, all I could find were relative confidence builders. This was a good sign and added a certain spring to my step as I anticipated our first encounter. From that point on the relationship only continued to strengthen and the entire sale process, from assessment, through listing, then sale, and closure, was a simplistic delight... and from my past experiences, a rarity! I can't thank Doug enough for his business knowledge, professionalism, and straightforward candor that truly sets him apart in the real estate world. I have additional properties in the area which at some point will be marketable... and for sure I'll be going back to Doug Terrell for his expertise.

Amber and Doug are part a great team! I feel they did everything they could to get the most eyes on my house and got multiple offers in just over the weekend! My house sold quickly and smoothly. Doug did a great job selling my property. While he can't control land values in the region, he was able to get me the highest price in this market. The closing was straightforward and went very quickly. I would definitely recommend Doug Terrell.
