Denton and Denton helped to sell my home in Inglewood, CA in 2021. Steph and Kris represented me as realtors and were ridiculously dedicated to achieving the sale of my home at a life-changing price point. I consider them both my trusted real estate advisors and friends. I approached Steph and Kris in February 2021, at this time I was renting my property and dealing with several landlord related challenges such as a untrustworthy property management company, difficult tenants, and covid-19 related eviction moratorium. Steph and Kris strategized and pursued several sale options during this time. What I most appreciated was access to a D&D attorney, rental information/suggestions, and regular communication and flexibility from Steph and Kris while I navigated these challenges. Once my tenants exited in November 2021, Steph and Kris worked at lightspeed to bring in a talented group of handyman, painters, photographer, and home stager to prepare my home for the market. The quality of these folks work was super high and at very reasonable prices. Total prep duration was 1 weeks from tenant exit. I was truly amazed by how fast worked was completed and how great my home looked afterwards. The marketing materials developed (online and hard copy brochures) really made my home shine. What I mostly appreciated here was that Steph and Kris personally worked onsite to perform clean-up at my property! After a brief 1-week Coming Soon listing online, Steph reported to me that her phone was 'ringing off the hook' with interested parties. Within 1 additional week of my property being actively listed Steph and Kris had collected 9 offers! Very soon thereafter, Steph and Kris walked me through all of the offer details which led to a accepted offer. What I most appreciated was all of the personal attention that Steph and Kris provided to me with regular text and phone call updates and their detailed offers tracking/summary report. They made it so easy for me to understand offer information and ultimately receive and select the best offer.
