I cannot recommend Andy Watkins highly enough. He is, without a doubt, the kindest, most genuine, and most dedicated realtor I have ever met. My situation was far from simple. In fact, I met with several other realtors who refused to take my case because of how complicated it was. Andy never hesitated. He took on the challenge with confidence and determination, and from that moment on, he never stopped fighting for me. The property came with one obstacle after another. There were tenants who refused to leave, and Andy prepared all of the necessary legal paperwork to ensure I handled everything properly and legally throughout the eviction process. When additional legal issues arose, he immediately connected me with an outstanding attorney. Together, they tackled every challenge head-on and ultimately made what seemed impossible possible. As if that wasn't enough, the house was broken into and completely trashed while everything was unfolding. Andy once again had the perfect solution. He referred me to someone who quickly cleaned out the property, including hauling away large debris and even human waste. Later, when people attempted to break into the house again, Andy immediately arranged to have it professionally boarded up. Every time a new problem surfaced, Andy already knew exactly who to call. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge or his incredible network of trusted professionals—it was how deeply he cared. This process lasted a year and a half, and there were many moments when I felt completely overwhelmed. Andy was always patient, reassuring, and only a phone call away. He consistently took the time to answer my questions, calm my fears, and remind me that we would get through it together. Buying or selling a home can be stressful under normal circumstances. My experience was anything but normal, and I truly don't know how I would have gotten through it without Andy. He went above and beyond in every possible way, and I will always be grateful that he was willing to take on such a difficult case. I've already referred my mom to him, and I will continue recommending him to anyone who needs a realtor they can genuinely trust.
