This is our fourth selling and buying experience with Ryan Street. Both houses we have sold with Ryan went smoothly from start to finish. Ryan was involved from listing to closing and always kept us informed through the process. Ryan has the skills and integrity to do his job. After houses sold he helped find our new houses and helped us through the buying process as well. Would recommend Ryan to anyone going through buying or selling process. He has our business forever!

I can't say enough good things about Ryan Street. We moved out of state and have been working on renting/selling our home for over 2 years, and he has been by our side the whole time. No pressure, just a really knowledgeable partner that will collaborate with you, be your eyes and ears, and give it to you straight when needed. We were not the experts in this deal, he was, and provided sound advice and suggestions the whole way. The hard part was more on our side, and heeding his advice. It's not easy to take someone else's advice when it is your money you're working with, but thank goodness we did, because we got a really sound offer 4 days after listing, and closed within my required selling price range. Him and his team did ALL of the legwork, and really made it easy for us, and since we are out of state, we didn't have to travel back to the home at all! From the time of listing, I had the proceeds of the sale in my bank account in 32 days. Another benefit was because Ryan had timed the market right, I only had to pay the operating costs of the home for one month while we were trying to sell it. That alone was a huge savings. My advice is this: if you don't want to play games and you want to buy/sell your home while getting the most out of your money, quit trying to be the expert and reach out to Ryan, you won't regret it.
