We had had a rough experience with a realtor before Bernie, but when we met & entered a contract with him, our whole trajectory forward shifted. He was so smart, experienced, listened to what we wanted, and guided us in a supportive way that led us to our perfect home. He was a straight shooter, not salesy, but when it came to what mattered (negotiating, letting us know what was fair, going to bat for us, etc.), we couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. Our only regret was not reaching out to him sooner. Go with Bernie - not only will you not be disappointed, but you will actually enjoy the roller coaster of home buying in this crazy market.
