Initially when my husband and I started out the plan was to research the market in person, go to a few open houses, with no intention of buying a home. The agents we met were not able to offer us much information beyond what was already on the listing page description for the home on the MLS. However when we went to an open house that Richie Herrera was showing he was so eager but never pushy to give us information beyond what was on the MLS. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and always on top of the next steps in the process. He unfortunately experienced a family tragedy while we were in the escrow and he still made sure he was there for us and avaiable to answer our questions.
