We used Guy Oberg and Morgan Oberg of the Oberg Group at Compass Real Estate to sell our home this summer. They were recommended to us by one of our friends. We conducted our own research and found that this husband wife team would be the best to sell our home. Their marketing was excellent and their social media presence was strong. Their history of real estate sales was impressive. They knew the market well. We spoke to Guy and met with him and Morgan at our home. They spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. They provided objective data about how many homes they sell, how long the listing stays on the market etc. Morgan was very helpful in provided very constructive suggestions on improvement to the property, Interior decorating and staging as it would relate to the present time and the millennials. We followed their suggestions and made the necessary changes that were reasonably priced. One of the best things about this team is the swift communication. Both of them called us back or emailed us promptly without us having to call them back when we had the questions. Guy is very knowledgeable about the legal aspects as they relate to real estate in Texas. Our house was placed under contract and sold in a timely fashion with our expected price. The process was seamless. They walked us through the closing process. This team of Guy and Morgan is very professional. Guy understands the real estate market and its bones and Morgan has a keen eye on the interior of the house from the viewpoint of the buyer. So, they complement each other well.
