After retiring my wife and I decided to retire near family up in the state of Washington. While visiting we found a home that was just what we were looking for. She knows the business Demi out of 3 realtors gave us the highest estimate to sell our house. She told us what to do to get the best return and staged our house for us. We sold within 2 weeks for 3 percent more than the original estimate. Love her, she is very personable. Felt like we were old friends while she did her job. We wanted her to come to Colorado to help us buy a house.
