In other words, she seemed to us to be fully, exhaustively, competent. That all might be true of any really good realtor. She didn't push us in some direction she thought was best, but she also didn't just throw a bunch of houses at us without any guidance (I've heard stories from others about both of these styles). Strange to say, maybe, but it seemed very akin to how a good therapist might lead someone through a process of self-discovery. Most important of all, she helped us find a place that we love, and developed the right strategy to actually purchase it at a price we were totally comfortable with in a really competitive market.
