I have bought and sold now 10 homes in my lifetime and worked with a handful of realtors in that process. Jackie Valdez has by FAR been the best realtor i have ever worked with. Attentive, knowledgeable, one step ahead of me (which i love) and most importantly, made this the smoothest real estate transaction I’ve had to date!!!! Can’t recommend her enough. Jackie handled renting out my property in Dana Point. I can’t say enough wonderful things not only about Jackie but the entire experience. Let me tell you about Jackie. She made what I expected to be a very stressful home purchase very easy, and it got done within a month from pre-approval on a loan to the closing of a 15 day escrow! And I even signed the final documents while I was away on a retreat. I had never own a home all by myself before, I needed a lot of guidance and input. She was very patient throughout the process. She set me up with a responsive loan company right off the bat. When I could be panicking, she would guide me a few words that brought peace.
