I have never experienced such a competent real estate agent like Gary. He was just amazing. From the first day we met , we knew we found the right person. Everything he said he would do, he followed through and we we’re always satisfied with the results. He helped us get the right people in for repairs and their work was spot on. He kept us informed with updates regularly which was so helpful. He gave us suggestions on what improvements would help the sale of the home. Gary also was great when it came time to negotiate. The entire time we felt Gary had our back. The cherry on top is we got an offer over the asking price, which doesn’t often happen at this time. Gary made this the best real estate transaction I have ever experienced. You won’t regret having him as your agent!!

review. I would rate Gary higher than 5 stars! Our dad’s house was in a trust. Gary has a great deal of experience with trusts. His experience and expertise were invaluable. The suggestions he made to get the house ready to sell made all the difference and resulted in an offer over the asking price. He is a take-charge type of person who took it upon himself to bring in tradesmen for repairs and improvements. They did quality work and we were so happy with the results. Gary was in constant communication with us every step of the way. We so appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend Gary.
