A few years back when the only way you could buy a property in LA or Ventura counties was with cash and everything was being bid up. We got lucky and found a property in Simi Valley on a Saturday where a deal had just fallen through and the property had not made it back onto the MLS for the weekend. It turned out Scott knew the listing agent who was going to lose his listing on Monday morning. We were not cash buyers but we were qualified conventionally and Scott was able to put the deal together over that weekend. We had to close in a week to get it and Scott made it happen. If you recall back then all the planets had to line up if you were going with traditional financing. Pretty much all deals were cash. On this one he delivered a little bit more than the mail…he delivered a miracle.

Besides being a great friend, Scott was also a great realtor and got us better than asking price in record time when we listed our house with him. He even lent me his truck to get rid of a bunch of junk as we were moving out. I would highly recommend The Postman. Thanks Scott.
