There are not enough positive words I can come up with to describe the entire sales process we went through with Shauna and her team! We met early on to discuss our "strategy" and we trusted Shauna completely and followed her team's advice. We staged our home (once that was done we could not believe what the place looked like, incredible!), listed it, had one open house and the house was sold! Our model rarely goes on the market, yet there was another listed in the same neighborhood. Ours sold immediately and the other has not budged! If you are looking to sell, look no further than Shauna and her team, they are the absolute best!

I can’t recommend Shauna Fogal and Delfina Muncy of The Fogal Group highly enough. Shauna led the sale of my home and Delfina led the purchase of my new home. Together, along with their exceptional support staff, they were outstanding in every way. The marketing was effective, and Shauna’s staging made my home look incredible. She even allowed me to keep the staging through the holidays while I had company visiting, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. They handled every detail with care, rolled up their sleeves to do the “dirty work,” and were incredibly resourceful in connecting me with great vendors for repairs and prep. Knowing everyone in town helps her find the very best (and very reasonable!) vendors. The office team at The Fogal Group is also top notch. I had two rushed closings that happened without incident, despite the time crunch and the holiday. Every potential hiccup was avoided because of their sharp eyes. Shout out to Erin! Even when challenges came up (through no fault of theirs), they kept spirits high with thoughtful check-ins and little gifts that truly meant a lot. Shauna’s deep experience and long-time residency in RSM make her the best agent you could ask for in the area. They had as much - sometimes more - urgency to get the job done right as I did, which is very rare. Professional, tireless, and genuinely caring — they are exceptional.
