Danelle was a true gem. We were undecided on if we wanted to hire a realtor as I come from an extensive real estate background. I am so glad we went with our gut and partnered with Danelle. She was there for us night/day. We got more money than we ever expected because she was so good at negotiating. I would highly suggest working with her, you will not be disappointed.

When we finally put my Mom’s house on the market, I knew right away who I wanted to be our realtor! Mom’s house was in Cerritos and she had been there for over 50 years. I had known Danelle from before through youth sports. I had seen first hand how hard she worked when she was on the Board. I knew she had to be our realtor. Communication was outstanding. She kept us up to date during the process. She worked tirelessly doing everything to get Mom’s house sold. After a couple of days we had multiple offers! We finalized everything with a 30 day escrow. Absolutely amazing. We were so grateful for all her hard work and communication. I highly recommend Danelle if you really want your house sold!
