We had an amazing experience working with Chris! He helped us purchase our new home and later sell our condo, making both transactions feel so much less stressful than we expected. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. No matter what came up, he handled it with professionalism and made us feel confident throughout the process. We're so thankful for all of his hard work and dedication. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his clients and makes buying or selling a home as smooth as possible, we highly recommend him!
Simply put, I’m coming back to Chris for my real estate needs. Overall, a well deserved 5 stars! As someone who’s worked in the industry, I can say Chris is the real deal (first time home buyer / investor friendly broker). He did just as I asked him, “ I need help with the real estate side of the business and renovation.” Chris surely delivered. I know how important referrals are when you’re in the business, so I can definitely say I feel very comfortable recommending Chris to my friends and colleagues. A fair amount of real estate transactions can be a bit of a rollercoaster, so I cannot express how important it is to have a professional to guide you through it. Chris is that professional. I’m more than happy to share my experience of how we got here: By the time I was ready to buy a new place, my go to agent had moved to a different market. This resulted in me going to open houses and finding agents that were not only capable of doing their job well, but also had the mentality of an investor (or have experience flipping homes). Chris is that person. I met him in an open house and quickly we connected on what my plans were - to buy a fixer upper home that I will renovate for me to live in. The idea is that margins needed to be satisfactory to make it a good investment. Chris let me know his credentials of not just a broker with plenty of experience, but of a General Contractor, Property Manager and investor. Once I was able to finish some items from my end, I connected with Chris to start making offers on homes I found that met my criteria. Chris became my 2nd opinion on what made a good or bad deal and at what number we should offer. After 6 offers or so, my offer was accepted. Escrow took about 30 days or so with the twist that the sellers agent and owner did not read the contract and agreed to something they would otherwise not have moved forward with (a 3% seller credit in addition to the agreed price). This mishap was caught by the other party as they were signing the final papers. Chris had to deliver the unfortunate news to me and we actually ended up laughing about it as the timing was comical. It was going to get litigious from my end if the seller did not sign the final documents they agreed to during the whole process. Chris is well connected and l honestly felt like if this became ugly, Chris was there for me. Genuinely. He is there for his clients. Oh and did I mention this hullabaloo occurred 3 days before my wedding? (You can imagine the stress, but again I knew Chris was going to be there for me) Anyway, the other party ended up signing the final documents, we got the keys and started the renovation! Again, Chris is well connected and it was plug and play. I used all his people and it was very cost effective. Working with Chris literally saved me money, it’s a no brainer. After 25 days or so (I can’t remember) the renovation was done and we were moving in. I wish I had better pictures but our new furniture is yet to come! Anyway, I took the time to write this out because Chris is phenomenal at what he does. Thank you Chris for all your work and wishing you the best. Until next time!
My realtor, Chris Phipps , was a dream come true. He was an amazing agent who had ideas for selling the house at the highest price in the shortest amount of time and continually adjusted our approach to flow with the constantly changing market which switched from a sellers market to a buyers market over night. He texted and called always keeping us informed. I recommend him to everyone buying or selling a house.
My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Christopher Phipps at an open house in 2021 which he was facilitating. My husband and I felt comfortable with him right away because he gave us the honest facts, presented it in a simple and levelheaded manner, which is what we were needing as first time homebuyers. Fast forward 2 1/2 years later when we decided to move to Colorado and sell our home. Chris helped us do that and we sold our home for approximately $30,000 over asking. Chris can't control the market, but I believe he has all the tools to set you up for success. He helped make communication with the buyers smooth, set up realistic expectations and made the process seamless. We have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.
