I can’t say enough good things about Sean. We just closed on our very first home purchase and we are ecstatic with the home Sean helped us buy. Sean is an absolute professional in everything he does and helped us understand the pros and cons of each property we looked at. The selling agent even said that Sean was great to work with and he helped all parties stay informed throughout the entire process. I now consider Sean a good friend of mine and will use him for any home I purchase in the future. I will happily refer him to all my friends and family moving forward!

Sean is so professional and trustworthy, we used him twice in two years. We worked with him to buy my first home, and again this year as both our selling and buying agent. Both experiences have been fantastic, as he is never pushy and has been truthful in his opinions. The bottom line is you want someone who is trustworthy and responsive, and Sean definitely delivers. Especially in the current market conditions, you need a realtor who is looking out for your interests and who can respond quickly (and often times at late hours). Definitely recommend. The more long winded story: When we were looking to sell/buy our second home, we actually met with other agents in the process. I definitely did not feel comfortable with some of these other agents and felt pressured and trapped. Some agents scoffed at the price we wanted to sell our home for and suggested we would need to have a marketing blitz and stage our home. With Sean, not only was he transparent through our entire deal, he sold the home in 6 days for 20K over asking without staging, and helped us get into the home we wanted (which was also a very difficult deal for him to broker given there were many contingencies on both sides). More on Sean looking out for you and having your best interest in mind: I was actually about to purchase another home, which was beautiful but just not the right location. Sean had already helped us to put an offer on the home and we were in the early processes of purchase when we decided against the deal. Sean was supportive during this decision making process, helping to point out the pros and cons of the house, and completely understanding and not pressuring us when we decided to ultimately back out. Summary: Trustworthy, dependable, honest, no-pressure professional. Highly recommend.

Sean was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. He was a professional who inspired us with his confidence through the adversity of a very challenging market. He was proactive, and always willing to put in the extra effort to meet our needs and keep us up to date with any news on the homes we viewed. In the end he found us a great deal on our home that we had previously lost out on. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Sean.
