He sucessfully closed the loop for us on this property, as over 7 years ago he was our agent when we first bought it, and he now recently became our agent while we sold it. He listened to our concerns and took them each into consideration as he developed a sales strategy unique to our needs that we were comfortable with and he then took exceptional care throughout the entire process.
