From helping us search for the perfect area, to really breaking down the pro's and cons of buying a new build and something previously owned. Brett was there to help guide us with zero pressure and a ton of patience. We ended up purchasing a new build and finding our home way earlier than planned, but Brett really went above and beyond to help us in organizing and communicating the early lease break with our previous rental company. The transition from old rental to new home was flawless, and the entire process with Brett was smooth and easy!
