If you want the best realtor, then you want Michelle McGowen! She is a true professional. She sold our condo in just a few days, above asking price. All of our questions were answered and the process of selling was very smooth. The photos were top notch and organized to appeal to buyers. Michelle even suggested staging that ended up paying for itself. The listing on Zillow took advantage of all the bells and whistles the site had to offer which also contributed to a fast sell. In the end I would absolutely recommend Michelle for her kind, friendly, and knowledgeable approach to real estate.
