Sara is an excellent real estate agent/broker and was instrumental in making the purchase of our new home a smooth and successful process. She communicates clearly and frequently, and always had our best interests in mind. Sara also went the extra mile throughout by offering to research inspection vendors and make appointments as needed. She is very knowledgable, a great negotiator, has many contacts in the field, and is a nice person to boot. We would definitely work with Sara again.

We worked with Sara when we were selling our condo and the experience was just amazing. She truly was an advocate for her clients and was able to negotiate the best deal on our behalf. Throughout the entire process she was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pretty much held our hand until the very end. Needless to say that when we were ready to purchase our home we did not think twice and contacted Sara again. And she did not disappoint. The seller had a very difficult broker representing them, but Sara was able to work with him and get us the best deal while maintaining her professional demeanor. Moreover, way after the deal was done, whenever we had any questions, whether it was about some paperwork, or zoning, or whatever else, we just texted Sara. She always responded within minutes and, either had an answer for us, or was able to direct us to the right place to get the answer. Both times we felt that Sara had not her commission, but OUR best interest in mind. We are extremely happy with Sara, and should we decide to sell or buy again, we will just text her!!!
