Terrible experience. We offered all cash on a home he was selling. He insisted on using a non-standard, non-CRA contract to do the deal. When we had a lawyer review we discovered off-market terms that we asked to discuss with him on the phone. He then told us to “[bleep] off”. Incredibly rude and arrogant throughout the entire experience. Avoid at all costs.
