Chad was excellent to work with, gracious and cool. He put up with an overwhelming amount of messages sent (over Easter weekend) from myself and my fiancée as we were looking to rent a home quickly. (Don’t send him a ton of messages, he will respond to the first one). He was knowledgeable about the property and owners, and made the overall process easy and stress free. Highly recommended!

SCAM!! SCAM!! We gave him $120 for our application on a house and he will not respond to any attempts to contact. We’ve called, texted and emailed. Don't waste your time and money on him.
