This is my second experience with Wendy and Larry and both times it was outstanding experience. They were fantastic handling the escrow of my deceased parent's house. Wendy in particular was a great negotiator in handling all the sibling issues that arise when selling a family home. I would not hesitate to use her in another home buying/selling experience.

Wendy and Larry graciously guided us first-time homebuyers through an extensive search and purchase. They educated us about the market and process with patience and kindness, and were excellent communicators throughout and even after. We owe our happiness in our new home to them!

Wendy Morley and Larry Smart are truly wonderful people. I met them when they came to sell my mother‘s house for me. I had had a prior realtor where nothing happened for weeks and my brother told me to call Larry who he’s known for quite a while once I called, Larry and Wendy not only showed up as realtors to sell this home they truly put in extra effort and care in bringing it up to par to be ready for buyers. They both did work on the house and told me what I needed to do to get it ready and we’re very involved every step of the way. The house sold quickly and the process was extremely smooth and not stressful at all. So for me, this was the best experience I could have in selling a home for the first time and the biggest bonus was I now have two great friends. I highly recommend them and I’m so glad to know them.
