Ron Koptis is the best realtor I've ever dealt with and, as both a buyer and seller of real estate, I've been involved in at least 30 transactions over the years. He is very responsive, goes over-and-above what is required to help out his clients, has a great understanding of the California real estate process, is friendly, and very trustworthy. If he says he is going to do something, he does it quickly and well. I was out of state for the entire duration of a recent transaction which Ron handled for me, and I could not have hoped for a better realtor to represent my interests in California. Ron Koptis helped us find our first residence in Yucca Valley and when I was ready to buy in 2009 he very patiently showed me over twenty homes until we found the one perfect for our needs. In 2018 when we decided to sell, with Ron's help we accepted an offer the first day it was listed. We got a great price and Ron had all the answers I needed to get me through the process. He even lent me a big ladder for paint touch-up on the soffits.
