Tom is the best! Helped us through the crazy housing market that is San Diego. Even when we switched our criteria several times, he always came through with properties that met our requirements. He asked lots of questions whenever we toured homes and helped refine what we liked/didn't like. Was very responsive in scheduling and answering our gazillion questions. Tom was also willing to set up viewings for homes I found on my own. And when we found the perfect one, he was amazing in helping us through the whole loan/escrow process. We couldn't have done this without him.

Tom is amazing! I was super lucky to have accidentally come across him through some Zillow reviews, and sheeesh - he delivers! He helped us secure an affordable, turnkey home with a near nonexistent HOA in San Diego. He's a miracle worker. He knew what terms to give the sellers to make our offer the most competitive without having us overbid and be as protected as possible. He also has awesome recommendations and connections in the industry for lenders and home inspectors. Tom is always early, communicates, and ensures everyone (including himself) delivers on a timely manner. During our first home purchase, the insurance company and some HOA documents were just refusing to align, but the team that Tom helped us build got us through that situation! We could have lost the mortgage approval due to 3rd party insurance delays, but Tom & team communicated and reassured the sellers that everyone was working as hard as possible to get things resolved. Outside of being extremely professional and timely in this crazy market, Tom is a very cool dude. In my personal experience with him, he gives it to you straight asap and works great with younger home buyers. I enjoyed that he was more than happy to communicate with me via text, and I could do my lab work without stepping away from my experiments. He was also very patient with my barrage of first-time home buyer questions since I dove headfirst into the process after finding the perfect home. I would 100% recommend him to all my friends & family, and would 1000% come back to him if I need to buy or sell my home in the future! Tom Tran is waaay better than any other agent I have ever worked with. The first time I saw Tom I thought oh he looks to young, but was I surprised. Tom is first off super respectful and vary energetic. I know the economy is really tough to buy a house at the moment, but if you put your trust in Tom you will find the diamond you were looking for. Tom is very punctual very attentive and gives you all his attention when he is with you. When I started looking at houses with Tom, I had my wish list and a what I was willing to compromise on to find a house in my budget. Tom worked diligently showing us houses and looking for houses that would work for us. Tom was always in contact with us every day showing us potentials and strategizing for the one we liked. Tom found a house for us in no time, even though the housing inventory was low. Not only did we love the house but it met all of the things on my wish list and my lady’s wish list. I trusted Tom to guide me through the whole bidding war that is happening in this economy. Tom’s strategy for winning us the house was on point. The whole transaction was fast, easy and painless thanks to Tom. Tom and Robert were able to close escrow in 19 days and now we are in a house we love.
