Miguel and his team were recommended to us thru our attorney for a trust sale. Miguel and his son Daniel were instrumental in listing the house and getting a solid offer within a month after hitting the market. I live out of state and Miguel and his team kept me informed every step of the way. I had cameras on the exterior of this vacant home, and a spider had made a web across the camera. The cameras were sending alerts to me as the spider was active in the wee hours of the morning. I let Miguel know and the next day, Daniel was at the house taking care of it. Talk about a rapid response! I was sent weekly reports on who saw the house, comments from other realtors and where and how they were marketing the home. We needed to have a price adjustment as this 60-year-old home needed repairs/ updating and was being sold as is. We secured a solid buyer and closed the home in 30 days. We had some issues toward the end with the buyers dragging their feet signing docs but again, Miguel was on the phone speaking with the buyer's agent and keeping the deal moving forward.
