We had the pleasure of working with June to sell our home and are very satisfied with the experience. She always gave me a heads up when showings were scheduled, coordinated activities once we were under contract, responded quickly to any changes that needed to be made, and consistently followed up to help keep the process running smoothly. June was great about checking in regularly, explaining our options, and patiently answering my many questions, so I never felt surprised by anything that came up and like we were always aligned and had a clear path forward as the process unfolded. Even as we navigated negotiations around the terms of the sale, I felt we were working from a place of mutual understanding, and that she was representing our interests as we pursued a fair deal for everyone. I wish we could give more stars! Miss June went above & beyond to help us get our home in Klamath Falls. We never had to call with any questions because they were always answered before we had the chance to ask. Not only did she do her job, she did everything that she could to help our transaction on the house we were selling - in a different state.
