I first met Roger Perry while looking for a commercial real estate broker, and I was so impressed that I hired him to help me find a home before I was even fully ready to move. Roger was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, always making sure I was happy and never rushing me, even though he could have sold me something much sooner. He was honest and upfront about every property, telling me exactly how he felt about whether it was a good fit for me. His entertaining personality made every home tour enjoyable, and his wonderful, friendly staff was always there to pick up calls and provide support. Roger didn’t just find me a house, he got me a great deal on the home of my dreams. He went above and beyond, taking care of problems I didn’t even know existed until the end. He fought tooth and nail for me, even over the smallest details. We became great friends during this process, and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. If you want a broker who truly cares and will go the extra mile, Roger Perry is your guy!

Roger is one of the most honest realtors I know. He is extremely professional in absolutely everything he does. I had the pleasure to have Roger represent me and I am amazed at how responsive and considerate he is to his clients schedule. Shammi, his executive assistant, was amazing as well. From start to finish they made sure that everything went well in the real estate transactions I’ve worked with him. He is a class act and extremely intelligent and elite at what he does. There has never been a case where google needed a 6th star more than this. Roger and his team (esp. Shammi!!!) were absolutely amazing - every step of the way. And believe me there were lots of steps: from finding the right neighborhood (they had the inside scoop), to finding the right house (we were proactive on zillow every day so we found it, but Roger with his good eye for style, confirmed we nailed it), going through a bidding war or two (welcome to LA real estate), then negotiating with the sellers (he got the price way down!), and dealing with SO many tasks in the closing process (e.g. inspections, more negotiations to drop the price even further!). Roger and his team were there for us the whole time - most often leading the way or just handling it for us - to make our lives easier. So, okay, the team is amazing at their job. But what's better? Roger is an amazing person! Is it crazy to say, that in this whole long process, he became our friend? I hope so! So wadda'ya say google? Six stars for exceptional cases like this?
