Brandon was great through the whole process. At the outset he gave an accurate estimate of what I would walk away with when I sold my house. Worked with me on setting a list price that would ensure that we were in a good range to get listing traffic while not leaving money on the table. The pictures and MLS listing he created were absolutely amazing and definitely showed off all of the great features of the home. We ended up with three offers in our first week and were in escrow after 6 days. For me one of the best things about Brandon is his communication. All the way through from listing to close of escrow, he was always available and kept regular updates. Unlike some agents, I never felt like I was struggling to get him to answer my questions, he was always ready with a timely answer and if it was going to take longer to get the information he would provide a clear estimate of when he would have the info. Selling a home can be a stressful process but having Brandon on your team gives you someone to absolutely trust and be in your corner at every step. Can't recommend him enough.
