Pleasant and smooth experience. We were looking for an agent to help us find a desired house as part of our moving process to San Diego. Since we didn't know the area that well, we were looking for an honest and experienced realtor. Polly was recommended through a friend and after our first meeting it was clear she is the realtor we wanted to work with. It seems her passion and energy has kept increasing despite being in this business for decades. She was always available to meet in person even after a short notice, and toured several places for us patiently through FaceTime and video chat since we had not moved yet. We felt confident in our decisions since she always provided ample information, tried to understand our perspective and taste, and shared her honest opinion. After we found the right property to purchase, she was instrumental in securing the deal despite multiple bidders.
