We were fortunate enough to be introduced to Mike during one of the most difficult transitions our family has ever faced. After losing our home in the Palisades fire, we made the difficult decision not to rebuild and began searching for a new home for our family of six—my husband and me, our two kids, and my parents. We had a lot to consider. My father is blind, and both of my parents have mobility challenges, so accessibility and safety were incredibly important. We were also leaving behind a close-knit neighborhood we loved and wanted to find a community where our kids could ride their bikes, walk around safely, and feel at home again. Add six different personalities and wish lists to the mix, and finding the right house felt like a daunting task—but never to Mike. What stood out to us immediately was how much Mike truly listened. He wasn't just looking to sell us a house; he wanted to find the right home for our family. He was often the first to point out something in a house that might be unsafe or difficult for my parents, even when it meant steering us away from a property. His attention to detail, patience, and understanding of what mattered to each of us never wavered throughout the entire process. After everything our family had been through, having someone we trusted completely by our side meant more than we can say. Mike genuinely cared about finding a place where all six of us could be happy and begin our next chapter. We are incredibly grateful we found him and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mike assisted my 95 year old mom in the sale of one of her rental properties. He was very communicative with every step and detail of the transaction. He also helped my mom of a very sticky legal situation that could of cost my mom her rental house. We are very thankful for Mike's expertise in this matter.
