Rozie listened to my concerns, wants and needs in a house. Especially as a first time home buyer I knew nothing. She answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous they were. She also kept it real and gave it to me straight whenever she answered my questions. Rozie provided a lot of support throughout the process and paid attention to the little things. Rozie and her team even threw a little surprise party when we closed which was like the best thing ever, I felt so special and cared for. They even let me use their moving van. Rozie is definitely an example of how all Realtors are to perform. She’s very friendly, approachable, definitely goes the extra mile, always followed up with me and my two lenders. Responds on weekends and after hours, definitely kept me out of harms way regarding best the best deal for my budget and doesn’t over-sell.
