My wife and I are newlyweds and were in the market for our forever home. After a bad experience with another realtor, we were referred to Jeff, and let me tell you the difference was night and day! Jeff is so knowledgeable, responsive, and really cared about what my wife and I needed in a home. He helped us through the whole home buying experience, and made it very easy for us to understand what was going on. He coordinated the whole process, and was an amazing point of contact for the bank, escrow, inspectors, and seller. Without Jeff we would have been so lost through the whole process. I would highly recommend Jeff as a real estate professional. He has been helping people buy and sell homes since the early 90’s so he was instrumental in providing knowledge on real estate trends (like when and where to buy), explaining the home buying process, and finding homes in neighborhoods that meet our requirements among many other things. Jeff helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2016. We were terrified as it was such a big purchase and didn’t know where to start. He took the time to explain the benefits, the process, loans process, associated costs and pitfalls to avoid. Jeff helped us sort through homes to find value, and as you know homes with value usually have multiple offers. The house we wanted had a total of 10 offers and half the offers were higher than ours so Jeff got creative and put together a personalized package describing our background, our plans for the house and why our offer should be accepted over others. It ended up working with the owners! Jeff went above and beyond to get our offer accepted. Fast forward 3 years later with a baby on the way, we wanted more space and Jeff helped us find our next home. Went through the same process with multiple offers and got the house we wanted!! Looking back, it was the best decision we’ve made going with Jeff. I’ve referred my coworkers and they’ve all had positive experiences also. Again, we highly recommend Jeff for your real estate needs.
