So, my story starts with an terrible eviction that made me almost lose my house. Literally. I found James Renfro by chance, luckily, on an ad when I was trying to find out the value of my house. James called me and said, we got this, just start getting ready to move out. I said what? I have so much stuff... Toy hauler, conex box, trampoline, greenhouse, and alternate storage tent. The next day James came by for pics and said get the tenant out and I will sell this house in three weeks. Out of my control and in my good fortune the tenant left three days later. James said good, we will sell this house competitively through the construction companies AS IS. Sure enough cleaned up it still looks like a fixer upper. I just had to keep out of his way and let him work with a great cabin that had roof leaks, foundation damage and termites. These things individually would be ok to fix, but we had 3 James said don't worry someone will see it for a quick fix, and we will sell it for a little under what you want for it. James always included me in decisions and said we, instead of I all the time. He has a pleasant demeanor and always answered the texts that my Gramma made me ask him. So, back to the "three weeks' after I got the tenant out, he got us out and the yards were cleaned in two weeks.....cash sale. James calmed me down twice by one sentence "we have this under control Tony!"
