I have worked with many Realtors and Mrs. Vita is by far one of the rudest that I have ever encountered. I am not sure if she was having a bad day, but the first time I met her she was very friendly but when I decided not to go with her place she turned into a very angry woman. The full details are as follows: I was looking for a guesthouse situation, and found her on Craigslist. She had posted a 1 Bedroom Furnished place for rent, which was a part of her personal home. I visited and had a few questions, but it did not have laundry units. She e-mailed me about a week later asking if "I was still interested?" I responded "Yes, I am still interested." She took this as me saying I wanted to sign a lease with her, however I ended up finding another place in the next few days. Out of respect I called her right when I decided and she flipped out on me. She said things like: "This is wrong, I do not agree," "You are not professional," "Don't tell me what to do," "I wasted my time on you, I took a hour to make the lease," "I turned away other interested people," "You are not acting like an adult," all in an angry and hurtful tone. This is not a way to treat a potential renter, I think all of these statements can be turned around and applied directly to her style. Be warned. Pick a different Realtor.
