When our offer was accepted, Debbie was very helpful to us by quickly arranging for the property inspections we needed. And when those inspections revealed that some repair work was necessary, she went back to the Seller and successfully negotiated a price adjustment to help with the cost of making those recommended repairs. Debbie and her support team were excellent at communicating with Buyer and Seller, and very efficient handling the escrow and title documents. They were always on top of the status of signatures on both sides. With her help and guidance, we were able to close escrow on the property within just a few weeks of our offer, at an adjusted price which both parties felt was fair.
