It took them a month and a half to fix my AC in the hot summer days. And, when I told them the washer would make really loud noise when trying to wash more than 3 towels, they just told me to not wash them there. Also, they said they would fix my fireplace, but that never happened. Lastly, when I finally ended my lease, I believe there was something that shouldn't come out of security deposit, but they just decided to stop responding.

Susan is a Rock Star! Susan did so much more than I could have imagined. She treated the home like it was her own and took such great care of every detail from the beginning to end. She went above and beyond.
