Erica Meyers is the most outstanding realtor! We connected on a personal level right away. Her integrity is above board which made it easy to trust her. If she didn't know the answer, she would say so and find out right then and there. Our journey into this home was an extremely emotional one because we had to sell our family home where we had 4 generations grow up. We had to move from 400 miles away and Erica and her team made sure that the transition was as smooth as possible. Erica was happy to help us in anyway she could; especially by openly communicating with our selling realtor and our family. Erica tirelessly, and happily showed us house after house as we honed in on what we needed. Sending me homes to look at in the off hours to make sure our visit from out of town was not waisted. When it came time to negotiate, she was a shark! Going to bat for us in every way possible because she knew EXACTLY what we needed. She did not have to keep checking back during the process which made everything so smooth. During closing, it was nice to know we could lean on her for support because we had so many questions about the Title company and how it all worked. When moving day approached, she made sure that our keys were ready and she was there with open arms for us! She even went out of her way to get a personalized gift for our home!! The BEST thing about moving day was after everyone was gone, we were able to sit down and have a meal she personally made for my family! Above and way beyond! Erica is now like a sister to me. I can't imagine my life without her smile, quick whit, and incredible integrity! Plus... she has the best hook-ups in town! She has made Tehachapi feel like home, right away.
