I’ve had the privilege of working with Simone and her team twice so far. Her level of hands-on work was fabulous. We felt like VIP the whole way through. Knowing it was going to be our forever home— she read between the lines, fought for request of repairs, and seemed to always be 2 steps ahead. (We’ve worked with other agents in the past who were unclear with their requests which resulted in miscommunication and having to purchase the buyer new appliances).
