I was brand new to the homebuying process while my wife was a season veteran. Regardless of either of our starting points, Jessica made the entire home buying process (in the middle of a pandemic mind you) enjoyable and informative while exceeding every expectation we came with. Jessica was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of our wants and needs. She would be at the house we wanted to see at the drop of a dime and was just as happy to move onto the next if that one just wasn’t what we were looking for. Her patience with the number of calls and texts we sent her way was absolutely mind blowing!! Once we found our perfect place, Jessica went out of her way to welcome us to our new home! We just can’t say enough about how incredible Jessica is at doing her job, connecting to her customers, and ultimately exceeding every expectation!!

Jessica was my realtor for the home we purchased in 2016. We were looking in the Poway, RB and PQ areas and spoke with many realtors. Jessica set herself apart quickly, as she knew the areas better and had a pulse on every little detail about the schools (she’s on the PTA), the housing developments, etc. She also knew all of the selling agents which gave us a leg up and some early advantage over other buyers. We weren’t her only client at the time but she made us feel that way. She was also patient with us (we kept changing our minds on things, she was so cool about it). Possibly most important were her qualities of integrity and her negotiation skills. We were in some bidding wars with multiple parties since it’s so darn competitive now in San Diego. She has great intuition (came in handy when sellers would say “best and final offer”), and she was looking out for us when homes bid too high or were overvalued.
