I cannot express enough how fortunate I am to have had Susanna Nagy as my realtor in finding my first home. Her dedication, expertise, and all around support truly made the experience a positive one, even through all the challenges and frustrations that come with purchasing a home in a competitive and highly valued market. Throughout three and a half long years of searching, Susanna never hesitated to check out countless open houses with me, even the ones that felt like a long shot. Her thorough property investigations, extensive knowledge, and eye for detail were invaluable, not only when viewing properties, but also when making offers, counter offers, and eventually going through escrow. She handled every situation with professionalism and care, and continued to support me through changing circumstances and life events that impacted my property choices. Additionally, Susanna’s responsiveness and attention to detail were exceptional. She kept me informed at every step of the process, sending timely reminders and ensuring that I never felt overwhelmed while trying to complete paperwork or understand the logistics of escrow. Susanna was happy to answer any questions and always responded quickly. On top of everything, Susanna is an absolute pleasure to be around. Her kindness, positivity, and pleasant demeanor made the process extremely enjoyable, and I will honestly miss going to open houses together. She never made me feel pressured and I always felt seen, understood and cared for. All in all, I cannot recommend Susanna Nagy enough. I would give her 10 stars if I could! My husband and I were *gently* starting to look at houses in May, wondering if it was a good time to upgrade with the great APR rates, etc. We wanted to look at a home, and connected with Susanna via Zillow. We saw 3 houses our first day with her, and we were very impressed. Even during COVID times, she was thorough and managed to do her job effortlessly while obeying the ever-changing guidelines. We had previously purchased a home about 3 years ago and were re-connected with that agent as well through our lender. We were splitting showings between the two, trying to navigate the "breakup" that would inevitably have to happen with one of them, and the comparison of the two agents was obvious. Susanna walked through each house we were touring with a keen, knowledgeable and direct eye. As a buyer, you start to become emotionally invested as you tour homes, but she always made sure to point out and red flags, and ask the important questions. She's a true expert in the field. Throughout the entire process, she answered our novice questions with patience, and was available for us constantly when we had more. We never felt like we were bothering her, and she was so pleasant every time we spoke with or saw her. She negotiated like a champ, and was very proactive on the business side of things. Instead of waiting for the phone to ring, she was calling seller agents and getting answers quickly and efficiently. Do yourself a favor- hire Susanna to find your dream home. She will not disappoint.

We stumbled on to Susanna through blind luck and a random assignment from Zillow, and sticking with her was easily the best decision we made throughout the whole process (even including the whole choosing our house decision!) Finding a place can be a long, daunting process, and if you should be so lucky to find a place that works, getting an offer accepted is it's own challenge, and if you make it THAT far, anything that can go wrong in Escrow probably will... But Susanna was right there with us through all of it, the one person on our team that we could consistently rely on. Whether it's driving out to meet us at open houses (even when she knew it was definitely not gonna work out), or getting us the insider scoop on other offers, or canceling her party with friends to drive out when a red flag popped up during inspection, she went out of her way at every opportunity to get the job done (still can't believe she did this!!) There were 18 other offers on the place we wanted, and we managed to snag it despite not being the top offer, in large part due to the selling agent knowing that we were in good hands with Susanna and being confident we were gonna close Escrow. My wife and I can not recommend her enough!!! 6 stars.
