I have extensive experience working with real estate agents in the U.S., and my interaction with this agent was one of the most unprofessional experiences to date. Rather than beginning with questions about my housing needs or the type of property I was searching for, the manager immediately shifted to an intrusive line of questioning about my income and employment, without making any effort to understand my actual financial situation or assess my qualification properly. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly used phrases such as, “It’s not up to me to decide what’s sufficient for a tenant — she decides what’s sufficient,” which only underscored the lack of professionalism and responsibility in her approach. This attitude, combined with poor communication skills, made the entire interaction unnecessarily frustrating.

I appreciate everything you did for me and my mother. You were kind, thoughtful and a lifesaver. Our situation was challenging and you had all the right connections to resolve the issue. I am really impressed with your work ethic and resilience. Wish you the best and we will be in touch.
