Our Realtor, Alex Manzo, was very accommodating to us first-time home buyers.. He drove from Inland Empire and the homes we were looking at were in Ventura county. He helped us from the beginning to the end (when we got our keys). He was very knowledgeable in helping us our with understanding paperwork, looking out for potential red flags, and looking at the progress in the home building progress.
