Drew and Christy were amazing!! We are a family of four, moving back to the US from briefly living in France, and were looking for a home in the San Diego area. We didn't know where to start but Drew and Christy took the time to tour us around during a 3 day visit from abroad, when we zeroed in on a neighborhood that would work for us. They then did the extra work to find us a home in Pacific Beach while we were back in France. They went to open houses, took videos, sent us daily updates, and within several weeks found us a great spot close to good schools, near the beach, and walkability to grocery stores and restaurants. It checks all the boxes! and we wouldn't have been able to do it without them. We thought for sure we'd have to spend extra money on renting for a year, but they helped us save not only rent money, but advised us on the long term values of the homes we were looking at. Their knowledge of SD properties and experience selling homes in the area is extensive. The attention to detail is also impressive. We are so thankful they helped us find the right house in the right spot for our family! They go above and beyond and even after the sale helped arrange and monitor the list of things that needed to be done before we moved in, while we were still overseas! This included the fumigation, landscaping, renovation work, new roof etc. Highest recommendations to these two- they are exceptional.
