My husband and I worked with Kevin to find our dream home around Laguna Beach. While we had been to the area many times, there was a lot we did not know about the differences of the neighborhoods and what would work best for us. We toured about 25 homes and each time, Kevin was so knowledgeable about the locations and conditions of the houses. He also advised us about what possible remodeling could and could not be done in accordance with city ordinances, and provided insight as to what remodelling might cost and which repairs were worth doing. Kevin was always friendly and personable, and truly was a great source of advice for us. After we chose our home, Kevin continued to provide valuable advice during the inspections and also gave us recommendations for reliable tradespeople, including a wonderful interior designer. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the sale of our family’s Laguna Beach home in Three Arch Bay. From the start he went above and beyond what we’ve seen other realtors do. Our family has had no less than a dozen real estate transactions over the years, dealing with numerous agents, and we can honestly say Kevin stands out from the rest. We moved to a different city than the location of our property that was being sold, making it hard for us to get to the property to take care of things during the listing period.
